Oatmeal Black Garlic Cookies

We first made these cookies last Christmas, and they turned out so well that we can wholeheartedly recommend them for any time of the year. Though the idea may sound strange at first, Black garlic replaces the traditional raisins in this classic oatmeal cookie recipe which gives them a wonderfully rich savory sweetness that reminds us of the extra kick that flaky salt gives to caramel.

This recipe is the sweet chewy proof that black garlic is not only delicious and good for you, but can be used in so many different types of recipes. We hope you love them as much as we do!
