About Our Garlic

We love garlic. We’ve found that our soil and climate are perfect for growing many amazing varieties of garlic never found in supermarkets. We are happy to bring you the some of the best fresh and slow aged garlic grown and produced on the west coast. Our black garlic is available all year round and we are working to expand our fresh garlic production to get the best garlic we can grow straight to you for as many months of the year as possible.

Black Garlic

Black garlic is made by roasting our gourmet-quality garlic low and slow for several weeks, giving it an intense savory and sweet flavor that works great in hundreds of recipes. Black garlic has been around for thousands of years and is used in traditional medicine all over the world. A simple internet search will point you towards dozens of studies that proclaim the many health benefits of eating black garlic, but we love it for its amazing flavor.

Black garlic works wonderfully anywhere you’d love a savory sweet umami kick in your recipe, in soups, stews, braises, sauces and rubs, on barbecue and roasts for red meat, pork, fish and poultry. It’s even great without further cooking, either by itself or with your favorite meats, cheeses and a good balsamic vinegar.
